The only reason they were eliminated before is because normally when we eat them it's not in a very healthy way. I still don't eat them much but I do eat them a bit. Whole30 made a huge difference with my crohns and I still eat the majority of my diet this way. Good luck Kat, you'll do great.

Re: We’re Doing The Whole 30 – Who’s In?

Muwah!

Re: We’re Doing The Whole 30 – Who’s In?

This is why we love you, Steve. :)

Re: We’re Doing The Whole 30 – Who’s In?

I am the kind of friend who will eat all the cheese for you. ;)

Re: Afternoon Nap With Harrison: The Munch Mitt Edition

This is amazing.

Re: Afternoon Nap With Harrison: The Munch Mitt Edition

Thanks Kate, his big sis fully takes credit for the 'studio' lol - she decorated that box and put his toys in there...wait...should I be worried? ;)

Re: Afternoon Nap With Harrison: The Munch Mitt Edition

Ok that video is just too cute!

Re: 5 Things They Don’t Tell You About Teething— And How To Survive Them

It's brutal, right? It can feel so lonely dealing with chronic illness/pain. As someone who knows the feeling of not being able to pick up your baby, and how much of a challenge it adds to the already impossible (but so amazing!) job of raising little human beings, I'm so sorry you have to deal with this disease. i look forward to your next blog post. xo

Re: The Question With The Ribbon On It

Thanks so much for sharing your story! These invisible illnesses are so tough and the chronic pain world especially. I have a lot of days when I can't remember what it was like to be pain free, or to be able to use my hand properly or not feel like I am going to leap out of my skin or pass out from the slightest touch on my palm.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this, and am here if you ever want to talk. It's hard to accept, but I have faith that you will find your way to a new normal soon.

Re: On Moving Back To The House Where I Grew Up

Thank you so much Louise.
